Budget Nvme m2 drive for my laptop ?

Sumolizer

So i have a Dell Vostro 7500 ( i7 10thGen/1650ti/16GB ram). It already has a Sandisk m2 ssd of 512 gigs. There is a second slot in the laptop for ssd and none for hdd so im stuck with a ssd upgrade. Recommend me a good budget nvme 2 ssd that can fit into the laptop.

Im considering

1) Kingston NV1 512 gigs ( Around 75$)

2) XPG SX600 Pro 512 gigs (Around 75$)

3) Crucial P2 500 Gigs ( Around 65$)
