Disk Checking Every StartUp

i need help in pc, it keeps disk checking every startup and it seems that it can't be fixed i've watch every videos on youtube to fix it but still it keeps disk checking all the time, it disk checks all the time bc of sudden shutdown for 3 times what do i do to fix it?

no its newly bought like almost 1 week only, then 3 times sudden shutdown bc my little brother accidentally turns of the switch 3 times

should i just turn it off on reg edit?, is it also a bad idea to do it?
