There are lots of these type of sites popping in the last couple of weeks. It's too good to be true. I think see ads from looking through eBay and Facebook on daily basis. Even some ads appearing to be from China miners liquidating GPUs.

really too bad. people might even know it's too good to be true but desperation causes us to do things against our better judgement. My rule is that when in doubt, never buy from a site that doesn't take paypal. That way you are protected.

Scam for sure. They only take credit cards and payments without real protection. Nothing like Paypal.
