Screen blur on omen 16 i7 11th gen

When an installer is running the text and everything in it is blur even the Ok or next button are appearing blurred and the same is happening in the notification are when you right click on the nvidia logo the pop up is blurred. Even when I opened the Battle.net app it was blur. This blurriness is only for some apps not anywhere in windows. Please help me if it's a defective piece or it's a normal problem and has a solution (permanent)

You likely have display scaling other than 100% in Windows and those apps that look crud are those that don't support it natively.
