This should be correct.

Yeah go for it. Maybe you can find the Motherboard or CPU used. That could save you a buck.

Don't buy used storage, especially as only drive or boot drive.

And it's not recommended to buy used PSU also, so I'd suggest finding Board and processor used for saving a bit of money

Yes. Just make sure it fits the case.

You'd want a B550 board with that CPU - B450 won't work with BIOS AFAIK. And you may want a mechanical HDD for storing games (I recommend the WD Blue 2tb 7200RPM, on sale for like $50 on Amazon rn). Looks good otherwise

Many people recommended the board thats in right now so im kinda confused what other board should i use?

Well, the cpu is on the compatibility list, but they likely will need to update the bios

The Case supports a GPU up to 315 mm, be safe that the 3070 you want has less then that, preferably more than 1 mm less so you have a little bit of play
I'd personally go for something more like this:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/mct6Yg

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor  (€200.00 @ Minddactory
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 AORUS M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard  (€73.67 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory  (€78.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Corsair MP510 480 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  (€63.86 @ Mindfactory)
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 55 V3 ATX Mid Tower Case  (€49.23 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Power Supply: EVGA GD (2019) 700 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply  (€73.95 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Total: €539.61
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Maybe a bit pricier in general, but with that choice of components your system would be more balanced. You can always update RGB afterwards and the case looks nicer. Has more room for a 3070 also.

And don't skimp out on the storage, as a cheap SSD will detiorate faster if you use it for boot and drive, the MP510 has a cache which will prolong it's lifespan for that kind of applications.

Why did you change the board ? The B450M Mortar is better.

I'd go with something like this:

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G 3.9 GHz 6-Core Processor  (€271.99 @ Mindfactory)
Motherboard: MSI B550-A PRO ATX AM4 Motherboard  (€109.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  (€79.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  (€90.94 @ Computeruniverse)
Case: BitFenix Nova Mesh SE ATX Mid Tower Case  (€39.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Power Supply: BitFenix Formula Gold 650 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply  (€59.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Total: €652.53
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
Generated by PCPartPicker 2021-10-04 17:32 CEST+0200

B450 doesn't support 5600G, so go with B550. I choose an ATX mobo, but if you want something cheaper you could go with the MSI B550M bazooka. It's also a good board. I would also recommend 1TB NVME drive for storage breathing room. I have a 500GB and find it severely limiting. If you can afford, the 5700G is also a nice for about 15% more of your current cost.

Im building my New PC soon and my friend said hes gonna give me his 3070 if he buys a 3090 and I just wanna make Sure it works with the PC im building.

Other than the mobo, it should work. I would go with a 5800x/5900x though to get the most out of the 3070(since you dont need integral graphics with the 3070)
