Is making a custom gamer picture and using it bannable? All it is is 3 colored letter (RGT) with hilt of frostmourne masked into them. So is it?

If its for your profile picture I doubt it.

I read the question as bananable at first...

You don't state its for the Xbox a "Gamer picture" could be for any website gaming related or even steam...

How were we supposed to know this was Xbox... The question was not clear

Well, for this scenario it is for pictures that you simply can't get from the xbox live marketplace.

Well, for this scenario it is for pictures that you simply can't get from the xbox live marketplace.

Then I guess its fine I don't remember you even being able to get custom pictures on the xbox without the camera accesory guess its changed.

I have never seen a situation where someone actually could use their own profile pictures on Xbox Live outside of Kinect.
