xdName

My laptop on idle is usually 50-60 some times reaching 70 degrees Celsius and when I am gaming or on blender it can reach 99 degrees

 I have a Intel core i7-1165G7 11th gen and a GeForce MX 330 and 16gb of ram.

Those temps are fine, and within spec. What makes you think its over heating?

It sometimes reaches a point where it is hard to type on my keyboard because it would be that hot.

Do you hear the fan spinning? Seems like the case is just hot. You can limit the power used by the cpu, but it will be a bit slower. CPU seems to be withing spec temps wise.
