Need help with Thunderbolt 3 option card

Hey guys! I recently built my first pc, cracked it out. 3070ti GPU, with a Ryzen 5950x CPU, 2x16gb of ram, etc. I am a music producer and a gamer, so I need this computer to have Thunderbolt 3 capabilities otherwise I can't do my job. Been trying for weeks now how to get this Titan Ridge 2.0 Thunderbolt 3 option card working with my Aorus x570 Ultra motherboard, but for the life of me I can't figure it out.

I called Gigabyte, and they said there should be no problems. I installed and uninstalled the drivers, I tried other PCIe slots besides the x4 slot (it's supposed to go in the x4 slot), I tried taking out all of my other cards in the PCIe slots, I tried updating the bios to the newest version of 35b (which actually got rid of the only thunderbolt option I saw in the bios before on F32). Seems like nothing is working.

Please let me know if you can help out! Thanks!!
