LTT Mousepad Wearing

Wasn't sure what topic to post this under so I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong place!

 

Has anyone else experienced fringing on their ltt mousepad? I just got mine about a month ago and noticed this morning the fringing which is shown in the pictures. I don't notice it anywhere else on the mousepad but I hope it doesn't continue to happen! My guess is that I might be hitting that particular spot with my mouse while gaming but I'm doubtful... I have my arm pretty far up on the table so I don't think my mouse ever gets that low on the mousepad but I could be wrong!

 

Just curious if anyone else is having this same issue or if it is just me.

It may just be a manufacturing issue, that one had a issue 

or it gor scratched by something metal at some point etc

I could use some help with this!

I hope so! It may have been there since day 1 which would honestly be better than it already showing signs of wear.

Most threads here on the LTT Northern Lights deskmat have been in praise of its quality, actually. Haven't seen any complaints of the deskmat recently.

(Not counting LTT's Reddit and Discord, which I'm not active in.)

 

For product concerns and defects, I believe emailing support@lttstore.com is the recommended way to reach them. They've offered replacements in the past, though I'm uncertain whether it only applies to specific conditions and / or whether they've changed their policies. Still, never hurts to try.

 

You could also tag (@) a relevant LMG Staff member, in the hopes that they'll read your thread and personally address your issue. I'd suggest tagging Linus (LinusTech) or perhaps Nick Light (nicklmg) and Colton (CPotter). No promises, however.
