Stable GPU at 80 degrees celsius (WX3100)?

Hey guys, just wanted to ask if the Radeon Pro WX3100 should be running max at 80 degrees celsius or if that is too much and I should change the thermal paste on it.

The GPU is a second hand GPU and have so far had no problems. It does not go above 80.

Please note that this is commonly at times when the GPU is at 100% utilization.
