tilex

my card does not post, it stays stuck on vga when i try to boot my computer, I tried flashing it, it changed nothing, also when I tried to plug it along my rx 590 and installed all the required drivers, an error pops up saying : amd software detected a pilot loading failure (something along those lines) any help would be highly appreciated, Thanks!

If you have integrated graphics ( not sure what cpu u have) you can always try to run it through igpu and DDU all drivers in safe mode, than try to reconnect the gpu. Did you connect all power cables properly? Is the card sitting good in the pcie slot? Try to resist it

@Whiroi have a ryzen 7 2700x so no internal graphics. my pc manages to boot with other graphics cards exept this one, even installed aside my main one it refuses to load the drivers. the card has been sitting in it's original box for around a year or so in a stable temperature and humidity levels. it has never beed droped, never overclocked, the card indicates that it recieves power and none of the solder seems to have broken on the power side
