Same PSU on Tier list - different color

I got a deal for 75$ on Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro 650W (Is it really good price?)

And I know it's based on Seasonic Focus, but the Seasonic Focus is not colored blue in the tier list? Blue shows that it's quiet under load - aren't they identical? Same fan? Same noise?

The EAG is actually slightly quieter at higher loads than the GX.

The US is probably FDB or Rifle, but in some countries(at least Korea and Japan) it's a sleeve.
