The two Thermaltakes and Linkworld shouldn't even be a consideration.

Chances are CV650 is the best option then, they're hella cheap there. At least if 'maybe upgrade gpu' doesn't mean RTX3070 or smth, in that case i'd suggest upping your PSU budget twice and getting something like Corsair CX-F RGB or Chieftec Polaris.

PS: Or maaaybe ASUS TUF Bronze which is cheaper but i'm not exactly sure i can recommend it even over CV650, reviews are lacking and components choice seems cheap.
