I can't get rid of the WiperSoft Removal Shell pop up when i start up my PC

ThatDeath

Hello everyone,

I had this issue where i got a ransomware and i didn't know how to get rid of it, since it was my first encounter, i downloaded an "anti-malware" thingy called WiperSoft. I then uninstalled it and bought a legit antivirus. When the ransomware was gone, I turned off my pc and when i turned it on again it was starting when i noticed, that except the gigabyte startup logo there was another one called WiperSoft right after.I am pretty sure i uninstalled every single thing from WiperSoft. If anyone can help that would be awesome! 🙂

Whenever I run across the need to uninstall something, I use the Revouninstaller.  It works great and have not had any problems with it at all.  You might want to check it out.  Oh yea, there is a free version too.  The free version works just as good as the paid version as far as I can tell because that is all I have ever used.

Good Luck.

Looks like they've got a guide on their own website, so I'd follow this guide. If it doesn't work, contact the developers and ask.

Thanks for the recommendation, but as I said i uninstalled everything, which means there is nothing left to uninstall from wipersoft, yet it still shows at the startup

Sounds like it's time to contact the developers and ask for help.

I've tried this like a week ago, and they still haven't replied. Do you think it's a good idea to download it again and uninstall it again?
