Is this video still good?

So whenever I get a new PC/Reinstall Windows I always use this video for optimizing Windows. Now, I'm not really sure if I should be using this video anymore. Should I still be using it? Should I be looking for other alternatives? Or shouldn't I even optimize anything at all?

Nothing too major changed so everything in that video should still work.

 

Still, it's not worth it apart from some privacy settings and maybe Game Bar. The control panel stuff only helps on very low end devices (I'm talking about Sandy Bride laptop Celeron/2gb RAM or worse. Debloating isn't worth it at all, it only causes issues most of the time and most stuff can be uninstalled without scripts anyway.

If you're running a really low end system, I can see this making a difference, but for most people's gaming computers on here, can't imagine this would be noticeable. Probably measurable, but that's about it.

You most likely don't need most of that stuff. Windows 10 runs perfectly fine as-is, even on lower end hardware. You can do it if you want to, but I don't see the point.
