what is a good 1440p monitor

I am looking for a secondary monitor with the specs:

1440p

27inches

ips panel 

g sync

price under 250usd (prefer under 200usd)

refresh rate does not matter one bit

Would recommend this one then. You're not really going to find much of any 1440p panels for less than $250 USD.

Dell monitor 1440p 240Hz. With luck and reduced prices you can get it under 240$. At least in my country. If you can't afford it try 144Hz

if refresh rate really doesn't matter, go used, though it likely won't have gsync, spend slight more new and you get the m27Q, there's a big gap between that and the next one down.

Buying a 3080 and then using it with some 60Hz monitor? Way to bottleneck your experience. If you can afford a 3080 you surely have a bit more money to get a decent monitor?

i already have a 1440p 170hz i’m just using this for multitasking  while i play games

Then just get anyone of these: Choose A Monitor - PCPartPicker

 

Realistically you won't notice any difference between any of these.

All of them will have "fine" response times, >99% sRGB coverage, etc.
