DAE find it really annoying? Its not short for yes, its the same exact amount of letters, so why the hell do you have to write yah? it sounds so freaking stupid. Try saying Yah outloud, do you not wan't to kill yourself after saying it? Why the hell do you have to say it? God damning i hate it so much. Same thing goes for "Yeh"

 

Sorry for the mini rant, i'm not sure why it bothers me this much...

How many people do you know actually say "yes" instead of "yea" or "yer" within your friend group? The exact same applies here, this forum isn't meant to be formal

Jah, it is pretty annoying.

 

Everybody come and tell your pet peeves about language. I hate it when people abbreviate needlesly. A two word phrase is really not going to take much effort to say you douche, don't make me have to look up on what the hell you are trying to say.
