cpu and gpu vram and ram almost 35%.. fps is under 100.

doesn't make any sense. I have a 240hz monitor I'm trying to get at least 240fps. I have turned all the settings to minimum in csgo to get max frame rates. and my usage is all low. under 50%.. why would my fps stay so low. I mean what do I turn.. up. to raise the fps?.. this isnt making any sense. lol. thanks

First of all check per core usage not overall CPU usage.

 

Anyway if your GPU is at 35-50% usage tha means either CPU+Ram bottleneck or FPS limit.

Im at a loss cuz the cpu is running at like 25% and I have 16gb or ram and thats at like 40%.. I know csgo has console commands but i duno.

ohhh. dang. yeh, I have some ram sticks that are ddr4 but i cant use them at max speed because my mobo doesnt support it. lol.

still, seriously. no sense was made. that game is so complex. and so oldschool. lol. im running the game at like 30% usage on all forms. and I get 120fps. lol
