OH MI GOD!!! THEY ARE SO FREAKING DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY!! They are especially good with pastrami and pepper jack. Get some good healthy fats in my system. Also, makes a healthy dip. I homemake them, but it's a bit bland.

Sometimes I just cut one in half and put salt on it then eat it.

I have never eaten it but my whole family does and they like it. They use it as a side dish fro food and in salads and for when we make homemade subs like subway and quiznos.

In salads they're amazing. Also if you want some quick food then you can cut it in half and serve it with small shrimps

It's much better then it sounds, it has a lovely creamy consistency. Oh and don't let the looks put you off

I'm normally eating plain yoghurt, namely this stuff, and in between spoons of the yoghurt I will eat pieces of the banana and avocado together. It's a very tasty and healthy food in my opinion, all 3 elements are high in nutrients.

I eat bananas before they ripen to the point of being very sweet, normally there is still some green on them, not completely green but firm to the touch and tougher to chew.

 

I hate overripe bananas when they go all soft/black spots and super sweet, this is because all the starch within the banana has been converted into sugar, it is better to eat them earlier.
