Avocados

Healthy and delicious. Couldn't ask for more from a food. I put them in almost everything I eat. In my sammiches, burgers, salads, omelets, tacos, everything.

I'm normally eating plain yoghurt, namely this stuff, and in between spoons of the yoghurt I will eat pieces of the banana and avocado together. It's a very tasty and healthy food in my opinion, all 3 elements are high in nutrients.

The yoghurt must go great with that alright, three very smooth textures! Is it a bitter type of yoghurt? 

It certainly is, very filling too. good for those mid day munchies between meals.

The plain yoghurt is a tiny bit tangy as you'd expect, but adding a tiny bit of honey to it takes that edge right off if desired.
