My motherboard won’t post after flashing rx580 bios

I got a used asus rog strix  580 8gb that is used for mining the guy told me it just need a reflash using amd/ati flash now after I did that at first everything went well the bios is successfully downloaded and I need to restart now after I restarted my pc that where the problem started my motherboard sends out white led signal signaling gpu problem I thought right maybe the 580 needs update drivers after that I switched back to my 3060 plug it in the presses the power button nothing then I removed the 580 and press the power button again still nothing then I did a cmos reset, hard reset, reseating the gpu, 1 slot ram changed power supply still nothing did I break my motherboard or something? Is there any way to fix it except getting a new board?

Did you make sure that bios matched the card?

Well I found the solution after 20+ cmos reset and used a friend card it booted! And I found out that that bios from techpowerup have Samsung memory timings (just found out mine used micron) which confused my gpu had luckily a unverified bios that have micron timings works
