Help filling custom water loop

Hi guys, I've filled this loop before, but I've had to drain it to replace an Oring that was leaking.

 

I cant for the life of me get a massive air bubble out of it from rocking it around all over the place.

 

Any tips on how to fill it? Or should I do some rerouting of how I have it setup? TIA

Tilt it on its side, flip it upside down, etc etc.

Oh, looking at it, there is A LOT of air in the system. CPU block and the tubes. Turn the pump on full speed, unplug power from Mobo and CPU and GPU plugs and just spam the power on and off a lot.

The pump has been plumbed in reverse, the reservoir needs to be before the pump, not after it.
