Way to many people need to understand that he was in school, so all porn related sites are blocked (yes I tried :P ).Also, we're not using google chrome @ school so we can't log in and get our ads trough our at-home search history.

Hi guys!

 

I'm on school right now and can't watch back the WAN show but they said something along the lines when talking about the Pirate Bay that the LTT forum had 'Good' ads and not just tits but i don't really think that "Chatting with chinese women online" is a very good ad...

Maybe work on the ads a little more and make them have sense and not just random stuff.

if your trying to blame linus or anyone for the add its not their fault. its google adds their based off your history so its your fault bud

Also, ads are based on your search history and interests ;)

I get publicity from google and beyerdynamics. You are just surfing too many sites similait to that.

I'm not trying to blame Linus.. it seems to me that they have at least a little bit control of what kind of ads are on your website.. Also i'm in school right now on a school PC and these kind of websites are blocked...

I only get ads for dustinhome here in sweden. For computer components and such.

OK so its based off of past search history so its your lookout mate, you could try use an incognito window to browse LTT or even better swap that around and use incognito for your porn :D

 

Forgot to add you get incognito through Chrome or Private window in Firefox.

google controlls everything nowadays and they control adds as well

I'm using IE10, Chrome is blocked ;p

LOL... ads are based on what you are interested in or what other users have looked up.

With IE10 you should have InPrivate browsing that you could use to get rid of the ads go to tools->inprivate browsing or in later versions its menu->safety->inprivate browsing. this should stop cookies and all personal stuff being tied to you or your current browsing session.

 

You could try resetting the cache and things but if chrome is blocked that might be blocked as well. At the end of the day they are simply adverts, don't click on them and you should be fine.
