I have gotten a computer (Dell optiplex 7010 ultra small form factor) and I came here to ask if there was a graphics card that could fit in with this computer

No. Your computer doesn't have any expansion slots.

Here's the owner's manual

For the ultra small form factor it only mentions one Mini PCI Express slot for one half-height card. So I'd say your options for any kind of card are extremely limited.

As the previous replies said, it most likely won't fit, You can although get an external GPU which you can hook up to your PC but it is pretty expensive and not worth it.

I think most of these need a Thunderbolt 3 connection? Which the machine doesn't have.

Nope no real good way to do it. Sure there are some hacky ways but those will just lead to a worse and half functioning experience.
