How would you improve the airflow in this pc?

What case specifically is it? Is the front mesh, ventilated or covered by a solid panel?

I’m not sure it’s a solid panel with holes in it it’s removable

As for air flow, I guess it's probably the best you can do. The only thing left is to get some very high RPM high CFM fans (Something like CoolerMaster SickleFlow 120 with 62CFM at 1800rpm: https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/case-fan/sickleflow-120-argb-3in1/).

I'd change out the all the fans for some arctic p12s.

 

But if its fine as it is, I wouldn't change a thing.

well if you can take off the front panel and see how much the temps drop. then you will no  what you have to look foreword too. but also what is the case, what is the gpu, and what temps dose it get too?
