Build Plan: My plan is to Repaint the front gray portion of the case along with the gray PCIe Slot covers on the back of the case to white, also I will be painting the backplate white as well. I am going to have 1 top mount 360mm rad and a front mount 360 rad. I am going to put the Reservoir on the back of the case open section of the case.  I am going to keep the graphics card mounted in its normal arrangement and I will be turning the CPU block 90 degrees to allow the tubes to make straight runs.  I will add more pictures once more of the parts have arrived.

Nearly 2k for a video card.  I am horrified.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Ya that was a tuff cookie to swallow. But my last over priced Titan X maxwell is still kicking and has been well worth the extra cost. So I am hoping that this card is the same.

If I need more than $700 for a video card I can’t game.  I can’t use console controllers well so that means it’s retro gaming or no gaming for me.  Things are getting priced out of my ability to do things.

Radiators should be coming in today along with the hard line tubing. Did a test boot before I added the waterblock to the GPU to make sure everything would boot first. Still waiting on the sleeved extensions from Newegg to get the power supply all hooked up. I am crossing my fingers it will be here today. So far I like the Corsair case and everything I have purchased. My only gripes are that the expensive pump still was using Molex and had nasty green and blue wires. For that amount they could have slapped on some black sleaving or at least use all black wires. My other gripes were with EK WB @EK Lucnot adding instructions with the GPU block or backplate I purchased. Also the interior plastic around the GPU block was ripped a bit as if it was a returned unit. other then that the block went on fine and it looks very good. Last gripe is the with the Corsair cases rubber grommets around the pass throughs they come off way too easy.

Nearly finished having some issues with the RGB extension I purchased also I am still waiting on a couple fittings to straighten a couple of the tubes also waiting on the mesh front panel for the Corsair 5000D to be in stock as well, but hears what it looks like so far.
