My gaming career cannot be interrupted by some party.

 

 

 

 

But yes, I get those feelings all the time, not only when in parties.  :lol:

I rarely get a chance to go to any parties, but when I do, they're >20 kilometers away and I don't have a ride and can't afford a cab.

 

Like on Friday this week, our high school's second-year students held a kinda big party (>60 students at least, a lot of them came from different municipalities nearby) that was at least 30 kilometers away from my home (~10 kilometers from the high school I attend to), and no-one wanted to give a ride for me (I have no friends... :( ) and a cab would've costed >60€ to one direction (so coming back too would've been >120€), so I couldn't go there. At the previous party that was held February 14th I couldn't go there for the same exact reason.

That's too bad. Did you atleast get the chance to get to party after your "ball", if you attended.

When we had ours it was one helluva party.

We held ours at another municipality too, but we collected some money from the attending students and arranged a bus there, which equaled to around 12 euros per student.

Ah. Now I get what you meant. Our high school's second-year students arranged a party back then for that reason too (that was the party in February 14th I mentioned a bit in my first post). The whole school's students were invited, but I couldn't make it to there due to lack of funds for a cab. I'll see if in the next year the same thing happens (as then I with my classmates are gonna be the "wanhat" having their dancing).
