Confused on Quickcharging technologies and which powerbank to choose

Hey,

 

So i have been on a class trip recently and i realised i need a bigger powerbank (having some cheapo 10k mAh one from intenso as like an advertisement gift whatever, it can barely do a full charge of my galaxy A70) and i, obviously, want a good one and on my search for some I ran across like a dozen different quick charging technologies. Qalcomm QuickCharge 3.0, Samsung Fast Charge (25W), USB PD, Anker IQ... i have no idea what my phone (A70) supports. I am sure it supports the qualcomm quick charge and the samsung version of that but u have read its proprietary. What are all those and which are important? 

 

Also like varying voktage is a thing going up to like 11V but thats morw than doubld the usb spec. How does that work and is it recommended?

 

Now to my last thing, can someome recommend a powerbank or powerbank family, thats over 20000mAh and supports whatever quicl charging i need and is available on amazon.de? I saw some anker ones and anker isnt a no name but they dont come with any kind of charger and do be expensive.
