Display keeps going off after short period. Cant work it out

Hi all.

 

Have a gaming desktop connected to my living room tv. Its connected by HDMI and works fine. I have disabled power saving on both  tv and windows everywhere I can find. Sometimes I leave the pc on when out for downloading and it will only stay on should I leave tv switched on to HDMI3.

 

Should I switch tv off when I come back and switch it on I get a "No input message"  Even though the PC is still purring away and still downloading. Tried unplugging cables etc thinking an input might wake it up. Its like the comp is asleep but its making full noise and doing as it should. I'm perplexed

 

Only thing I can do is to power off and on which is really pain.

 

Is there  a setting I may have missed on windows or within Geforce experience. Running a 3070 is that's relevant at all.
