Windows re-arranges displays EVERY time I shut any of them off

This is a characteristic of DisplayPort.

I have 3 displays currently hooked up to my Graphics card. Today I bought a new UWQHD display and now, after it's been hooked up, whenever I shut off any of the displays windows will change my configuration entirely. Icons will be in the wrong place, monitor positioning will be rearranged, and when I check Nvidia control panel it basically treats the shut off display like it isn't even plugged in, how do I stop this from happening, it never happened before with my old monitor.

Does this behavior change based on whether or not you're using the new UWQHD monitor? For example, 3 monitors including the new one, and one of the old ones removed.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
