Displays cutting in and out

BigShoots

Hello all, I'm having a very frustrating problem and was wondering if anybody could solve it. My displays have been losing signal for no reason since January cutting in and out for only a few brief seconds and then coming back on. There's even some slight artifacts on both monitors as well now so that's great. This has been happening since I've gotten my new GPU (MSI 3070 Ventus 3x) and my new monitor (Viewsonic vx3268-2kpc-mhd). The other monitor is a MSI Optix G27C2. Both are running at 120hz with gsync compatibility on with one running at 1440p and the other at 1080p. Both are connected via DP.

Here are my full specs:

CPU: Intel i5-8600k

MOBO: MSI B360 Gaming Arctic

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4

SSD: WD Blue 3D NAND 2TB M.2

HDD: 2x WD 7200 RPM 1 TB drives

GPU: MSI 3070 Ventus 3x

PSU: EVGA 750W Bronze B5

I've tried a list of things including:

-Buying a new PSU as of today

-Swapping out the GPU

-Doing a fresh install of Windows x2

-Doing a fresh install of graphic drivers with the help of DDU x4

-Swapping DP cables and buying new ones

-RMA'ing my Viewsonic monitor

-Updating my Motherboard and GPU BIOS

-Changing the PCI Gen from automatic setting to 3.0

-Turning Gsync off and lowering refresh rate/resolution.

-Adjusting power saving settings to be on max performance

None have worked so far. My only other theory would be that the PCI slot that the GPU is occupying is not working or is dying which I've yet to test but will tomorrow. But I'm open to any other suggestions as that would imply that I have to get a totally new motherboard in addition to my new PSU.
