Need monitor advice

I'm looking for a new monitor and so far I have found these inside of my budget of €200,- and got some of the futures I am looking for IPS, high refresh rate and has VESA 100x100

Iiyama G-Master G2470HSU-B1 - € 169,-

 

Asus TUF Gaming VG249Q - € 179,-

 

Acer Nitro XV240Y - € 189,-

Gigabyte G24F - € 199,-

So which monitor would be the best to get when it comes to gaming.
The games that would be played on it are Rocket League, CS:GO, CoD, BF and single-player games like RDR2 and Assassins Creed.
