Which power supply should I get for my 3060?

BlazerBuddy

well the 3060 isn't going to return to "normal" as far as price is concerned for a long time so check the prices of power supplies in the future as they will have changed by then.

amd's gpus are not that mainstream as nivada and have a lower hashrate so less miners wanting it

you could use a 550w or lower, but for future upgrades (if the future parts will support the connectors of that PSU). You might want 600-650w for future, else the 3060 (not ti) use a lot less power were you "could" go lower? But even lower wattage, might be even more expensive depending on the powersupply, compared to more commonly produced ratings.

Else the OP should take a look in the PSU tier thread.

Also with GPUs, I would think Nvidia would be the first one to reduce in price... but then they have a deal with tesla and all that (releases 4060)...

As with AMD GPUs that is going for consoles and so on, but I guess that depends on AMD and their supplier for both brands.

At least the CPU prices seems to have gone down, and what ever intel is going to do too with their projects.
