Watch dogs finally available on steam

Vrbas

DAMN IT! So if I have a 3570k, I won't be able to run it at max? How much better is the 3770 compared?

And then it will direct you to uplay. Fucking lovely eh. Gunna hopefully be a good game...I'll buy it once reviews hit (if its any good that is). My GPU should handle it, i5 2400 might have a tad of a struggle

As I get older I get angrier more cynical, meaner. I feel some warning posts coming. I feel a ban coming. I was warned.

I can't find the Uplay requirement anywhere. If it required Uplay, I'm fairly sure Steam would put a warning there.

All ubisoft games require it. Period. Even there old games.

don't worry it will. Remember this is a game that will also run on consoles based on x86 pc architecture with about half of your CPU horsepower. Aside from that any performance lead the i7 has can be bridged by overclocking the i5.

I sure hope this game is properly optimised for PC given its recommended specs. But being from ubisoft i do have my doubts...I have a feeling those specs are just high to counteract the poor optimisations in the game, not because its really a "next-gen" game. But that's just my thoughts. Another little annoyance i have is that they've most likely removed some gameplay from the main game to sell as extra "dlc" in the deluxe edition, gameplay that should've been in the game to begin with but isn't because ubisoft wants more money. Sadly this practise isn't going away unless people stop handing money over this sort of thing...

CEO of Ubisoft was mentioning that game is being developed for PC and ported to consoles, so we should expect good PC optimization. :)

Glad to hear that, so hopefully those specs are legit :) I am looking forward to the game either way regardless of how i came off in my previous post but its more just me being concerned about a game with an idea i like very much. I don't want it to be a flop.

I think they learned their lesson with AC4  being poorly poorly optimized at least we can hope. Game is very hyped right now so if it's a flop I see bad days for Ubisoft. I just hate how they are pushing Day 1 DLC with the deluxe edition. Pay extra for FOUR mission that should of been in the game in the first place. But no UBISOFT wants more money.

Ill be waiting for a sale for sure.
