Camera recommendations for Twitch/Youtube ETC

I have various DSLRs around, but not sure they will be easy to use in webcam role and they will probably overheat

 

Should I get a basic HD camcorder? Or something like a high end Webcam (C920 or something)

 

I want it to be reasonably professional, and may be using a green screen too

For a twitch webcam you truly don't need much, the quality of the webcam will be bottlenecked by upload bitrate most of the time unless you have a really bad webcam. Any 720p or higher webcam is more than enough for twitch.
