Ryzen 7 2700x idling around 60c, I have an h100i elite capellix aio cooler and txm50 thermal paste. I also have a rm850x so I assume the psu cant be the problem. I included some pics, anybody got any ideas?

What are the temps under load, and are you running any overclocks?

Under load it goes a little over 62c. I tested by loading a gpu heavy game, I dont know how to test under load yet. And no im not doing any over clocking I think

Run Cinebench R23 on a loop for 10 minutes, it's a solid all-core load without being crazy overkill like Prime95.

Run Cinebench and check how much power the CPU is drawing using HWINFO.

This is fine. The Zen+ has a throttle temp of 95c.

Depend on case maybe  bad airflow and try to mount your AIO as intake on front side of case

I second this recommendation. I had to do this with my 240 aio on my 9900k to get good temps before going full custom loop.
