Please help! Dragon center not working also cpu always 100% in task manager

So dragon center would not respond trying to change rgb also cpu was showing high utilization. Cpu settled down after some updates but the rgb would not respond to being changed, tried deleting it along with mystic light and everything else msi in the files i could find. Now when i try to install dragon center or the new msi center they both say to make sure it's not blocked by anti virus software or firewalls. Cpu also now shows at always 100%. It is allowed through the firewall and i have uninstalled malwarebytes to see if that would change but no dice. I have run malwarebytes and it doesn't find anything wrong. i have tried to run the MSIservice as administrator like reddit had said to do, but still does not work. I have had cpu appear at 100% before because i needed to update something in dragon center, but now i can't get dragon center or msi center to work. Is there maybe some lingering files or hidden files I'm missing that is confusing it? Please help, I would rather not want to do a clean install of windows to fix it.
