Key works for 10 Pro
and 
CMD +  Slmgr –dli
says "RETAIL" but not the Windows version...

It's an oem key. It WILL work if you reinstall on the same system but this key gets bound to the hardware ID of the system.

CMD +  Slmgr –dli says it is RETAIL

Oh ok then should be good to go for a couple system moves. Their description is probably a copy paste then from oem key reselling.

 

Often you are sold a "retail" key but it is oem but by then they have disappeared from the planet. You seem to have actually gotten a retail key.
