Can we get all flagship Sabre dacs amp n voltage regulator as PC in laptop

As we could see all gaming motherboards supports hi res audio powerful amp Eg is 

ROG Maximus XIII Extreme Glacial

and could we see these in a laptop or a outside dac for laptop or portable devices that supports these flagship chipsets?

To put this into perspective, the Sabre 9023 is the lowest tier option ESS has, the 9018 is somewhere in their mid range and is likely only in that system because they can’t market “high quality sound” with nothing but a low end option. The Realtek 1220 codec is ok, but again it’s a low end offering, it’s better than the 1200 but only on format support really.

Theres nothing really crazy going on here, 99% of the people who would even buy a motherboard like this don’t even have a clue what high quality audio is, let alone would ever listen to anything high quality through it.

And anyone who would care about high quality digital audio likely would have some kind of other solution like a dedicated sound card or external dac and amp.

 

Its nice that it comes with these chips but it’s also like advertising a car as being the best possible car for personal comfort when the base line is plastic bench seats and no cushions.

Because this is a nice step up in audio hardware for a motherboard but only in the context that most motherboard audio is complete ass.

So aren’t there any Sabre dacs the best not any of them so could we just say that these to those which comes in laptop are equal?…….and what hi res audio they advertised and what products we use for hi res audio headphones?the flagship ones aren’t the beyerdynamic ones studio headphones?

I rather use something external to eliminate the possibility of interference.

Anything above 16bits/44.1hz can be called "High Res Audio" with enough marketing.

for the same reason why we don't get flagship <component x,y and z> in other products. For the lay person non of this will benefit them and will just make it cost more.

 

Specialized hardware is there for those that want it and doesn't push the price onto those that don't need to buy it.
