You are gonna have to search really deep to find a decent one that offers decent value, decent parts, decent design choices, and one that runs out of the box with no hassle.

 

Start by searching 2500$ computer on yt or something for reviews on computers in your price range

 

Cause all i know is alot of prebuilts are kinda rubbish either bad airflow, questionable parts choices, bad value, proprietary parts (looking at you dell mfs), etc.
