Windows extremely slow for me in these months.

My computer's aging and that's just normal, but it just angers me that i have to wait 4 seconds when i right click on any application.

It also opens applications way slower and it's so annoying...

I already tried updating, clearing temp files and doing some ssd management (I didn't defrag it, don't worry).

Can someone help?

Let's start with the basics - what specs? What version of Windows? Any recent changes to the computer? Have you checked the temps, cleaned it from dust?

I agree with @jj9987You should list the specs. But if ur on windows 10, you can go into the disk defrag and optimization, and trim ur ssd (windows recognizes if you have a hdd or a ssd, so it wont try to defrag your ssd)
