XMP enabled - no matter what i do my pc crashes

statiicz

PC crashes a few seconds after launch, no blue screen just freezes and restarts. The only way i can get it to boot is to slow down my ram speed below the advertised speeds my ram says.

i have to set it to like 4000 for it to be stable through xmp.

Keep in mind that 4400 is an OC, and by far is not guaranteed. You may have to manually tweak your timings/voltages to get it stable at that speed.
