Buying a PC off Facebook Marketplace

Are any of these worth it? The first $1,200 one appeals to me the most.

I don't think the 3rd link works so the specs are 

- ryzen 5 3600 3.6ghz with stock cooler
- amd Radeon 5500xt 8gb
- 16gb of ram
- 120gb ssd 
- 1tb hard drive 
- rgb fans are hooked up to a control box with a remote to change fan speeds and leds 

It comes with a razor huntsman keyboard, steel series wireless mouse, yeti mic and two monitors for $800
