Why aren't my peripherals being recognized in it's own software?

My Keyboard: HV-KB393L

My Mouse: HV-MS733

 

Both are from Havit, in a keyboard and mouse combo. But, when I installed the software to program macros, It will say something like "Scanning for devices" with an Okay button. But there is no functionality to the app. Is the software bugged or are my peripherals misconfigured? Both work with plug and play, just so you are aware.

As Someone with the username “</TheCoder2019_”, my coding skills are atrocious.
