Y U NO WORK WINDOWS STORE!!!!!

Why? When I open the store, it does the looping circle, and it does it forever. I have another W8.1 system, and the store works fine. Mine doesn't. It used to work, but now it stopped working. Does it mean the end for my apps? Is there a way to solve it? Also, why does the store and store broker, which I assume is part of the store, take so much CPU usage.

Make sure your system time is correct.

Not necessary, just change it in Windows. Where your clock is, click it and select date and time settings. Sometimes it defaults to Redmond Wa. time (west coast US) it's a goofy bug. Make sure you set your time zone properly also.

The timezone is correct. If I swipe down, wouldn't it close it? How can I hold it at the bottom to force close?

Click at top, drag down to bottom, hold it there, then when it flips to the icon, release. Or reboot.

Windows 8.1 changes things a bit. swiping down to close just puts it in suspension. you can force close it by holding the app at the bottom for a few seconds and it will flip and close. or you can use task manager to force it closed :)
