Cant post to instagram

Sorry if this isn't the right page to post, but I cant get a video onto instagram and I wanted to ask if y'all had any tricks.

 

I took a nice video from my mavic mini and I want to get it onto instagram, but its on my pc and instagram sucks on the desktop. I've tried the inspect trick where you go into a mobile view, with no luck posting a mp4 file. When I go to click on the file to post it, nothing happens.

 

Do I need to convert the video into some other file type? I do have access to all the adobe products if needed, but this video is completely unedited.

 

 

EDIT:

the video is only 25 seconds long and is 123 mb

Erm, not 100% on that.

 

Tried sending it from desktop pc email to phone email, then upload on instagram app?

I'd love to know an elegant solution but what I've done to get the best quality is use the app FTPManager. Plug your phone into your PC and open iTunes. Then find the FTPManager app and drag and drop the video into the app. You can now go onto your phone and there is an option to save to camera roll and it will have the video uncompressed and how it was originally on your PC

Then find the FTPManager app and drag and drop the video into the app. You can now go onto your phone and there is an option to save to camera roll and it will have the video uncompressed and how it was originally on your PC

ill have to try that for sure. luckily this video being unedited im able to just download it from the drone directly to my phone, but Id like to do something for those edited videos.
