Im completely stumped. I have no clue what could be cause this issue.

I have a fresh build (besdies the gpu) that i have been working on for a while. At first, when i got the pc all together the mobo wouldnt post and i was getting a 00 code. I got the mobo RMA'd and put everything back together. It worked for 2-3 days, when it suddenly shut down. When I tried to reboot it, the mobo code that it got stuck on is 3E. I have tried every RAM configuration, new cpu, bios flash, etc. Nothing seems to make it budge. 

 

Note: the gpu doesnt power on. It's not posting, no display, nothing. 

 

 

Specs :

Case - Lian Li Mesh II

Motherboard - ASUS ROG-STRIX x570-E

RAM - 32gb of G.SKILL CL16 3600mhz

CPU - Ryzen 9 5900x

Hard Drives- 1-500 gb m.2 4.0 Sabrent, 1-1Tb m.2 4.0 Sabrent

PSU - 1000w Gold by EVGA

by the way, the gpu is just a 1070 xteme gaming by Gigabyte, I know it works because i swap it from my old build to my new build until I can grab a new gpu

I think its because your Board only supports 2nd and 3rd gen Ryzen processors. Check if there is a BIOS update for that.
