How can I make a PSU that is controllable with a smartphone or smartwatch? When the "On" button is pressed in the app, PS_ON should be pulled low, turning on the PSU. When the "Off" button is pressed, PS_ON should be released, turning off the the PSU. Can I use a Pi? If not, what IC do I need?

Honestly, just get a smart plug. Saves you a lot of the experimental hassle, and most on the market has an IFTTT integrations which is even sweeter because that means voice assistant control.

Id get the normal psu for your let light strip and use a smart plug, an atx psu really isn't made for this

Why unplug your phone charger? It will stop charging as needed.

Use a normal usb charging port, either a wallplug or a built in the wall socket type. Why waste your time and money purchasing a PSU to utilize for such a minimal task?

My iPhone draws a lot of power while gaming.

Aren't you planning on using a 1050W PSU though? Just how much power is it drawing...

A decent phone charger will be able to charge the iPhone just fine, you will be limited by how fast the actual device can charge not necessarily the charger. iPhones 8 and up support Apple's fast charging with compatible chargers.

You keep making posts trying to come up with ways to overcome the problems faced with using the wrong tool for the job instead of just using the right tool for the job - something you probably already own that came with your phone or could be bought for $20.

Your wall charger is designed to provide the proper amount for your device during use, even heavy use. A PSU will not change the power draw of the device because more power is being offered.

Example, your device requires 5v@2amps. You use a 5v@10amp power source, the device will still only use 5v@2amps max by design. There is no changing this.
