After you copy everything over and safely eject, Linux will complain

I'm using a 16gb card on my rasp and i have a 120gb drive plugged in and the rasp is using samba to create a nas but on the network share it shows that i have 14gb left of storage. Also if i try to upload a file larger than the what windows says it wont let me.

It won't let you because of file system compression. Linux handles NTFS a little differently
