Hi, i don't know what exactly is bottleneck mean. Is there's a bottleneck on this game?

Basically one component holds everything else back because it's too slow. Assuming it's not a one-off thing, the X5450 running at 100% while the 280x is at 67% usage means the CPU is bottlenecking the system.

That's the component list I would use for reference; if your screenshot is 1080p, then I'd be a tad concerned.

A system will always have a bottleneck, as there will always be a specific component holding the system back from reaching an infinite fps.

 

That cpu is from 07, and is most certainly your bottleneck.
